He specializes in CFO Services, SME IPO advisory, and corporate funding & capital raising, which constitute the core growth and investment advisory verticals of the firm. Prior to founding the firm, he gained extensive professional exposure with Ernst & Young (EY), Chennai, where he handled complex assignments across multiple industries, strengthening his capabilities in corporate finance, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance.
He also possesses deep experience in Direct & Indirect Taxation, Corporate Financial Advisory, Audit, and Corporate Law matters, along with vast experience in statutory bank branch audits of both public sector and private sector banks. His DISA qualification further strengthens his expertise in systems, controls, and technology-driven audit environments.
